Photos and consent

Only upload photos of yourself, your own pets, or adults who have consented to this specific use. You must have the rights needed to upload and process the photo. Photos of minors are prohibited, including photos where a minor appears in the background. Do not submit sensitive documents or images of people who have not consented.

Information processed

When you generate an image, we store your uploaded photo temporarily, send it and your generation instructions to our AI image provider ApiXO, and store the generated result temporarily so you can view and download it. Account features process your name, email address, profile information and authentication session data. Operational records include request times, browser information and errors needed to maintain the service and prevent abuse. Do not include sensitive documents or payment information in an image upload.

AI-generated content and providers

ApiXO processes the photo and generation instructions to produce the requested image. Generated content is synthetic, can contain unexpected changes and should not be presented as an authentic recording. We do not use uploaded photos to train our own models, and we do not sell uploaded photos.

If AI generation is temporarily unavailable and a fallback static sample is shown, your photo is not sent to ApiXO and no credits are charged for that fallback.

Payments and order records

Stripe processes payments. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep order records, including the product purchased, amount paid and credits granted, for account support, transaction handling and legal obligations.

Image retention

Uploaded source photos are deleted within 48 hours of upload. Generated images are kept for 7 days after generation and then deleted. You can delete your uploaded photo and result immediately from the result screen using Delete my photo & result; otherwise the automatic periods above apply. Download any results you want to keep before they expire. Account, security and order records have separate retention periods based on service operation and legal obligations.

Cookies, sharing and security

Essential cookies support sign-in and language preferences. If analytics are enabled, usage data may be processed by the configured analytics provider. Browser settings let you manage cookies, although disabling essential cookies may affect sign-in. Hosting, authentication, payment and AI providers process information needed to operate the service; we also disclose information when legally required. We use access controls and appropriate technical measures to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests
