Agreement and eligibility

By using Zombie AI at zombieaimaker.com, operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL IDENTITY TBD], you agree to these terms. The studio is intended for adults. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access to [CONTACT EMAIL TBD].

Current service and AI-generated content

Zombie AI turns uploaded photos into AI-generated zombie-style portraits. The pet and couple pages use the same image generation service; Zombie AI does not currently generate videos. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other outputs. Review results before sharing and clearly identify synthetic content where required. Do not represent an AI transformation as a real event or an authentic recording of another person.

If AI generation is temporarily unavailable and a fallback static sample is shown, your photo is not sent to the AI image provider ApiXO and no credits are charged for that fallback.

Upload rights and consent

Only upload photos of yourself, your own pets, or adults who have consented to this specific upload and transformation. You must hold the necessary image rights and any permissions from the photographer. A relationship with a person does not replace their consent. Photos of minors are prohibited, including group photos or backgrounds containing minors. Confirm these requirements before submitting a photo.

Permitted use

Use the studio for lawful creative purposes. Do not use it for harassment, impersonation, deception, non-consensual content or infringement of privacy and intellectual property rights. Do not submit unlawful material, bypass safeguards, attack the service or attempt to access other users' information. You are responsible for your uploads and how you distribute outputs.

Content rights and processing

You retain any rights you hold in your uploads. You authorize only the processing needed to provide the requested feature, including temporary storage and processing by ApiXO, subject to the Privacy Policy. Rights in AI-generated outputs depend on applicable law and any disclosed provider terms; exclusivity or copyright protection is not guaranteed. Site software and original artwork remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.

Image retention and privacy

Uploaded source photos are deleted within 48 hours of upload. Generated images are kept for 7 days after generation and then deleted. You are responsible for downloading results you want to keep before they expire. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and request options.

Pricing and purchases

The Pricing page offers one-time credit packs in USD:

• Starter: $9.99 for 25 credits.
• Standard: $19.99 for 60 credits.
• Creator: $34.99 for 150 credits.

Standard image generation costs 1 credit; HD image generation costs 3 credits. Paid credits never expire. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable except as required by law. Stripe processes payments.

If a generation fails, times out or is rejected by the provider after credits are charged, those credits are automatically refunded to your credit balance. Purchases are generally non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. For an unused pack or a purchase charged in error, contact [CONTACT EMAIL TBD] for review. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

These are Halloween Launch Sale promotional prices. The promotion ends November 1, 2026.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee a particular appearance, processing time or uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for service-related loss is limited; nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and changes

Access may be restricted for violations, abuse or security concerns. You may stop using the studio at any time. Material updates will be reflected in these terms and their date, with additional notice where required. Review changes before using new features.
