What to include

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

• The email address you use for your Zombie AI account
• Your order ID if your question is about a payment, credits or a refund
• A screenshot of what you saw, if relevant
• A short description of what you tried and what happened

Please do not send your full card number or password by email. We will never ask for them.

Photos and results

Uploaded source photos are deleted within 48 hours of upload. Generated images are kept for 7 days after generation and then deleted, so please download any results you want to keep before they expire.
